I think the solution has seem to work the few times I’ve tried it, but there have been some nights where I did not immediately fall asleep. I think a solution like this works best when you are also prepared to minimize screen time prior to sleep and actually focus on, the job of going to sleep.

I tried the Deep Dreams tonic, for the first time, last night and it worked fine. I’m crossing my fingers it will continue to assist me in sleeping longer thru the night.
