Super soft! Pleasant surprise in that regard. Love the XT the American Tall provides. At 6'7, even XLT clothing can become too short after a couple washes.

Regarding the shirt above. My wife followed the washing and drying instructions to the letter. When everything was said and done, the shirts shrunk to the point I can not ware them. Please respond to this review and explain how I can return them for a full refund. I tried to navigate your directions on how to do the return but found it to confusing.
