Great product, terrible customer service

Submitted their online contact form to try and get an idea of what the two additional straps were that came with the harness, that had no clear use… no response Submitted a second form with a complaint I had about the other product I ordered…. No response….

Only thing I can fault is maybe having a link to a video on how to set the harness up and wear it 😀
