Stretchy but the band is small. I wear a 36 E and could of used a bigger size than normal XL. Straps are thin but dont have any support. Super super cute just make sure if your bigger chested you size it right

love this top - i did buy a medium and am going to try the large. the medium fits and the girls stay in perfect. i am 5’9 and pictured is the medium but it is a tad tight so i ordered the large to see which one i like better but i still love it. the medium fits great and the length is great for my long torso with the skirt i purchased to go with it!
