Overall we love our new dresser! It is a beautiful piece and a real upgrade from what we had. When it arrived I noticed the bottom corner had a small scratch/ missing stain. I sent an email to customer service and received a small touch up kit with matching stain to cover the small spot along with a small refund. I was very happy to find a solution to the problem without having to send it back. The dresser is super heavy and took three guys a lot of effort to move it upstairs, glad we paid for the white glove delivery! My only other complaint is the soft close drawers sometimes stick and you have to give them an extra tap to close all the way.
