Fresh, crisp, delicious

One of the best, I'd really like to see this one again. The juniper in it makes it great all year-round.

Got me hooked!

This was so interesting. A phenomenal selection of the simcoe to pair with the juniper. I have an affinity for gin, and I love making cranberry sauce with juniper berries. Tapped into that for sure. I came to Hoplark expecting just beer proxies, and this was a fun way to see that my expectations were too narrow. I would have preferred it to be released a month or two later, but I held on to a few to enjoy during the fall. Hope to see more juniper in the future.
