Didn't work.

These did not solve my issue. Might be that these only help with LED's that require phase cut dimming.

Following a Tesla Powerwall 3 install LED lamps on Insteon dimmer switches began flickering sometimes as much as several times a minute. Apparently a well known issue (much discussed on UD forums) so I decided to try these filters. These had no effect.
