I purchased an Apex 12d column array system with one sub to have a compact portable sound system. At this price range I wasn't sure of sound and build quality. Upon arrival i was very impressed. The build and sound quality rivals more expensive 12” subs. My first use was with a four piece rock band using an X18 mixer the lows where clean and punchy, very beefy for one 12” sub. I have added two more apex subs and two more column tops for larger venues and get a very big sound. Ive been using these cabs for over a year now and haven't had any issues with drivers amps or electronics. For this price range and quality you cant go wrong with the Apex subs , i even use the subs with their Magma 15” powered speakers. They have to be heard to appreciate. Great job Seismic Audio !

Sounds good may get another pair soon

They play good, one of the grilles on the box has a small dent in it, but everything is good otherwise! Oh yeah, I need two speaker poles that apply to these boxes, it seem to be a screw in, different from standard poles!
