Trying to cancel subscription and no one’s responding to me

If you get a filter that barely any water goes through it, make sure to report it. I thought it was just my faucet. I forgot my auto-renewal was on and got a new filter. That’s when I learned it was the filter but filter baby won’t exchange it since it’s been 3 months. I took pictures and even shot a video and the filter looks brand new. Don’t be like me taking forever to rinse your face cause the filter isn’t working properly. Con:I still have a brand new filter that doesn’t flow correctly Pro: I can still use it and it will last a year if not longer. (Sarcasm)
