Shipping issues

I ordered a matching set 2 weeks before my vacation and a week later it had not shipped. I contacted the company stating that I would need to cancel my order because it would not arrive in time. The response I received was that it would be shipped and received before my stated date. It did not ship until after I had already left for vacation. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund but never heard back from the company. Disappointing to say the least. Now I’m left trying to get a refund for a product I never received.
