Perfect Cardigan

So excited to wear the cotton version. I have the cashmere and lot it.

Fabric feels Synthetic

This is the second cotton sweater that I have purchased from Jenni Kayne, and it will be the last. I get the impression that some sort of synthetic coating is added to the top of the fabric. Neither piece is a soft cotton, but instead feels stiffer and wears less comfortably. The cardigan is also a funny shape. The arms are very wide as is the body. I’m keeping it because I need a black every day sweater, but it is definitely not flattering. I am 5’5”, 118 lbs. I wear a size 6, and I bought an XS.

Just not as amazing as the cashmere version

It’s fine as an easy, lighter layer, but the drape and fabric read as frumpy versus the effortlessly chic vibe of the cashmere version. Worth buying if it ever goes 50% off.
