Disappointed with my experience
I bought this mug on a Tuesday because I had just used my daughter’s mug while visiting her. Loved the feel of the mug. On Friday, I was trying to get the glue off from the bottom of the mug where the sticker was put on. The mug slipped out of my hand and hit the counter. The handle broke in 3 pieces. I went back to the store to see if by any chance they would replace the mug and they said no. I think I am done buying from Jenni kayne. I have been a good customer for a few years and I felt they could have replaced it for me. Customer service made me feel like they really don’t care about the customer.
