Camera good, mount system not so good

With just detector I can remove it easily when parking or putting up sun shield in front windshield, without unsticking the suction cup mount. With this camera, it is stuck to the cup, and very much more cumbersome to remove it when parking

Its ok could be better

The camera view can only be orientated based on the mounting bracket. The image is ok and there is no protection from sun glare. The SD card seems to fill up and can only be corrected by formatting the card to clear it out. We need a looping options of three days or 72 hours

not high performance or user friendly

pairs immediately with my phone using the drive smarter app. if you would like to see recorded video or a live feed, it will disconnect your android auto to attempt this, but in multiple attempts it has never done so. the card fills up so fast that you will need to reformat it at least once per week or whenever it randomly starts chirping that it can no longer record. cannot make any statements regarding video quality as i have simply not been able to see any. save your cash and get a stand alone dash cam with front/rear cameras instead of this overpriced front only camera
