Interesting concept, PRE / PRO / POST bacteria, I like the fact it, also has seaweed extract, to give me my daily micronutrients, seems to be helping my IBS, no sign of any unwanted side effects, definitely less bloating and wind, definitely helps with bowel regularity, a very good price range, half way through my first bottle, and I'm very likely to reorder, made in UK, I've tried many brands over the years, and spent a lot of money ! I would say these are up there with the best, if not better !. Fully expecting gut health to just get better and better, the longer I use it. Good FREE FROM considerations.
