You can definitely taste the ginger, but it has a great kick too. The heat is a bit surprising as initially it seems like a lighter sauce. Delicious, will buy again

Tasty spicy and sweet

This is a really enjoyable sauce that works well for sweet and spicy dishes. I have enjoyed it on subs and to brighten up chicken and rice. Looking forward to experimenting more. 4 stars because it's not quite hot enough for me.
