Mis-shapened tires from shipping

Tires are great, but the delivery format presented some issues; the tires were not sent as is, but were folded and twisted to fit a shipping box causing permanent creases and wrinkles in the side walls and distorted thread shape making installation more difficult, especially with regards to installing puncture protection liners. They would be better shipped full size with some tape keeping the pair together.
