Blown away by the quality A+ and service

Absolutely happy with the build quality and service. They were very responsive and even added the shell I wanted WITH the D-pad to the store for me. Don’t hesitate, it takes some time to deliver but trust me, it’s worth the wait!

Everything but the interruption

Item is magnificent and I have no complaints. However, the company was not always transparent about shipping delays. The delays, I understand, are out of their control. But it was annoying to get predictions of shipping dates but then get them moved. Honestly, would have preferred a vague "we'll let you know when it ships."
