Shipping took very long… they didn’t mention there would be delay over CNY. I know it should be expected but it was really long (>3 weeks) with no follow up until I contacted them. Esp when this item is a birthday gift so there is time sensitivity. but at least customer service was kind to expedite as soon as they can. The item itself is well made and value-for-money.
