NTB-22 Bubbly Base

Very milky, soft and subtle. Covers nicely in two coats. The glitter is very subtle, but gives it a little something extra. The brush is awful. It's flat and straight and doesn't follow my natural curve. I replaced it with a medium round paddle so it will glide easily over my nails and allow me to hug the base with precise control.
