Beautiful ring- small fitting- doesn’t fit

Overall this is pretty nice for the money. I was a little surprised/disappointed. I had requested the Star of Life symbol from the list of options. I came with the Star symbol but also had the words "Star of Life" written out next to it. It's not bad but I really only wanted the symbol.
