Great product and service

Ordering and delivery was simple. Setting up is really easy and it's great that it can be backed up. All the support software is great. The key has so many options and is really useful and portable. It would be nice if there was more storage for passkeys.

Must have mobile app

Difficult to get the pin right as the touching number keys for the pin numbers is not easy and is a hit and miss. Not having mobile app to manage the key is disadvantage. I wish I have much smoother experience and easy operations as I thought, which may be still possible if get mobile app to manage the key.

Versatile

Using it takes some practice, but then you get something. The combination of Fido 2 and storage of account data is especially practical. Smart device.
