Worst customer service. Said they replied back to an inquiry about an item that was not right diameter. We did not receive an email. One out of three chimneys we ordered would not go over a standard bulb. The other two fit perfectly. . They refused to replace the one. . . . just said to change type of bulb or send all of them back. When I offered to buy another one but asked if they could try to put it around a standard 60 watt bulb to make sure it would fit, they refused. They could also use a micrometer on the inside diameter, but won't.
