Not too happy

I received these and they were tall , my fault, I saw that you had to text customer service and asked how to cut them. I got my answer but then I noticed the top part wasn’t finished. It was white at the top and unlike the photo. I stated that in my text and asked what color can do I recommend I paint it. The reply was brown. I asked if they could take a photo of the container as there are many browns. I never heard back. It looked like a PVC pipe was painted and cut but not finished off. These aren’t cheap so I am very disappointed with the finishing and customer service.
