EBL Portable Power Station Voyager 300W – Solar Generator for Camping, Home Backup & Outdoor Adventures

My power station came & when I took it out of the box I heard something loose inside the unit. Can you please send info to return this unit & get a refund?

Great compact power source with lots of features!

I had been looking for a small sized power station for use in tortoise enclosure in case the electricity went out. I kept seeing prices like $600, which I could not afford.Then I saw the EBL 300W power station advertised. Since I found a highly regarded product, I got a 500W power station for my son who uses a CPAP machine. It is great to find a high quality power station for a good price. We will have some rough midwest weather now for a while, with electricity out. It went out twice for us recently. I am most glad that I could get the one for the CPAP machine.
