I’m a day time worker & needed something for these hot summer days. I packed my salad in this around 10am. My food was still cold and ready to eat fresh by my 2:00pm lunch time. I cat wait to try it with my sandwiches. Box fit 2 cups lettuce/ 1 cup shredded carrots half avocado & 5 oz shredded chicken. Im sure it probably fit more. I love it!
