I had to leave the arch support question blank. The right shoe was correct fitting. However, the left arch does not fit correctly. It is back about a 1/4” or so which causes it to push up and against my heal. This is the first time I’ve had this issue with Dansko shoes and this is my fourth or fifth pair for work.

I've ordered this exact shoe in this exact size and style. In the past, I wore them for 2 years happily. This new pair is too big. I wish the new pair had fitted because they are expensive , and I need good shoes for my nursing job. Thank you.
