Magnesium Complex Offer

I've been taking this for about 6 months but not sure how to measure success in a 63 year old woman! I also take statins at night and my understanding is that there should be at least two hours between the two so I take the supplement in the morning. I hoped to be sleeping better but with the summer heat, its been hard to get a good night's sleep. I will keep taking them for the rest of the year and take a view then.

I think this magnesium product is expensive and I also think that it is a helpful supplement
