Fastonic Molecular Hydrogen Water Tablets

I want to love Fastonic. I haven’t been using it for too long, in all fairness I was taking it wrong for a couple weeks by swallowing it like a normal pill with water. Then I reread the directions and realized I needed to dissolve it first. I’m not quite sure what I’m looking for after taking this but I will continue through my bottle and the second one I have and see what results I achieve.

Started to take for fasting but now take it most nights for sleep and to not have leg cramps.
