Their work is very high quality and the speed from upload of design to despatch was very quick. Great work!! And reasonable prices.

Took longer than advertised to complete product, but quality is good.

Ordered from Vivid Ads due to their advertised 24 hour production time. We did have some issues with the clarity of our images (we used Canva for our wedding signage), so that took extra time. But even with the issues, once the images were cleared by the design team, each product took addition 2 days each (2 products, so 4 days in total) from "printing" to "ready for collection". Additionally, I found their website (to upload your photos after purchase) quite vague and I had no idea how to use it (i'm usually pretty savvy with technology). Their phone line can also be tricky to get through. They do call back, but it could be within 2 hours or at the end of the day, or even the following day. 3 stars because at least their customer service staff were patient, and the end product was good. However, I did end up expressing my frustrations and urgency over the phone (6 days later) about their advertised timeline vs the actual timeline, given at the time I was 4 days away from our wedding and the products were still not ready for pick up. (I put in the order 6 days before, they told me the delay was due to the weekend) My recommendation is: Order from them because they do deliver nice products, but not because of their promised timeline. If you are in a rush, it might be safer to order from another vendor. I could have ordered from Vistaprint for the same timeline, but cheaper.
