The Food Lab

This was a gift for two food- and cooking- and science-loving newlyweds who happen to be my daughter and son-in-law. Kenji made a sweet personalized inscription and illustration; the recipients are over the moon! What a lifelong treasure (and I can’t wait for them to cook for us for years to come with all the skills they’re about to learn). Thank you Kenji and Book Larder!

The book is huge and seems to be good quality, haven’t read it yet but I’m a huge Kenji fan and wanted to support his work. That being said i wish the shipping packaging was more considerate, sliding around left some damage on the pages. Folded, bent, and split pages unfortunately.
