So-So blade terrible customer service

The blade was okay, it tugged and pulled a lot and required quite a lot of honing before using and it lost its edge quickly. I reached out to Grownman shave asking for a return/exchange since they “promise” a 30 day return policy but I was just ignored… no communication whatsoever.
