Best customer service EVER! I received this sweater and it had been severely damaged during shipping. I immediately sent an email and included pictures. Kerisma sent me a new sweater via two day air. I cannot express how thankful I am for their prompt response, especially during one of the busiest times of the year. And the sweater itself, darling! So soft and a great red! And it is not too thick for a front tuck. Perfect for Christmas! 🎄
