Not pigmented but good for minor filling

Not very pigmented and smooth to apply but still bleeds well, it’s something you have to go a lil by lil too work

L.A. Colors Eyebrow Pencil

Ladies, if you have "salt & Pepper hair and black eyebrows" this is the perfect soft-black eyebrow pencil for you! For years, I would lighten my brows with facial bleach products to a dark brown color, because I didn't want to have "graucho-black" eyebrows! But this soft-black is perfect, not such a harsh look. Glides on real nice. Too bad it isn't water/sweat proof...
