Poor Customer Service When Things Go Wrong

Had an issue with the product. I contacted the company repeatedly seeking assistance and a resolution. After initial correspondence, my follow-up emails and attempts to contact them went unanswered. The issue remains unresolved, and the event I purchased the item for has since passed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be cautious about purchasing from them.

We are using this hat as the "NAGA" for our group of 12 golfers each week at our club. The loser each week has to wear this the next week. Great hat
