Cute but not ankle length

I bought three of these for my daughters age 8, 10, and 12. My daughters are all below average height for their age and despite them being advertised as ankle length leggings, none of them go down to the ankle. The quality is excellent, soft and comfortable. They are happy with them but I wish they were just an few inches longer.
