The premium rug pad is perfect - it fits my runner perfectly, and keeps the rug exactly in place. The grip of the rubber print against the floor is impressive. Even more impressive though is how the rug pad grips itself to the back of the runner. Once the rug is placed on the pad, it DOES. NOT. MOVE. I had already placed the rug on the pad, and adjusted the placement of the rug by rolling up one end, and to my surprise, the rug pad stayed perfectly flat against the back of the rug. So no rug pad peeking out under the edge of the rug!!! 10/10 delighted with this!!!
