I drove to Nashville to pick up my UPS and met the owner and his son who were both awesome. I got a tour of the facility and was treated like an old friend. This operation is top shelf. The UPS works as advertised. The build quality is amazing. Waiting on my UPS low since I ordered the wrong one. Need the one for the Rhino. I’m sure it will meet or exceed expectations. If you are on the fence about ordering these products, it’s time to click buy. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a UPS a few years ago it was perfect. I wanted to do unilateral movement and I bought a second one but the one that I received is far from being as good as the previous one due to the fit. I am not bashing the company I just want to Make an exchange with another pulley similar to the previous one as the channel that lays on top of the cross member is too wide. I can only hope that Surplus Strength will show their strength in a positive way by exchanging it.

I did a lot of research on pulley systems that could accommodate a) lat pulldowns and b) glute kickbacks. The UPS low is on backorder, but the UPS high has been great for lat pulldowns so far. It's quick to setup and the pulldown is very smooth. Both my husband and I love it. I was a little worried about the weight pin swinging, but that hasn't been an issue. If you're on the fence, I say go for it.
