So far so good
The Duo necklace arrived quickly, and was absolutely gorgeous from the packaging to the piece itself. Had a slight snag in the overall order, so I reached out to customer service to resolve. They were highly responsive and kind, but its something they can't resolve through email so they sent me a label to ship the piece back to them for resolution. Can't wait to get everything back, it will be a much loved daily piece!
