The shoes are great. Really good quality leather and great to have the thicker sole. I have other Rollie shoes and I needed to go up a size in these. The exchange process was so easy and quick. I had trouble accessing the site and the customer service people solved it immediately and my replacement shoes arrived the next day!! Amazing service
