Getting to know myself, friends and family better

It is a great way to spend time with friends and family. The questions are well thought out and bring awareness to ways of thinking and habits and helps me to get to know those around me and myself better. It is also a great tool to use for self-reflection as I sometimes find it difficult to ask myself the questions that I need to ask myself.
