Brigitte Brianna NYC Pants

The pants arrived with a broken zipper. I reached out to the company who agreed to exchange for a new pair. The exchange process was lengthy and not customer friendly. Needless to say the second pair of pants arrived with a broken zipper. I reached out again to the company asking for a full refund and was told that they would not refund unless pants were returned. Again they tried to come back offering an exchange. I took the pants to my seamstress and she replaced the zipper. She said the zipper was cheap. The pants are wearable now with the new zipper but cost me time and extra money. I would tell you, don’t buy from this company. Product not as it is advertised and not customer friendly. Very disappointing.

Great quality. Lays nicely on waste and hips. The tie belt adds style, while the lower legs add flare. Nice fit. I have a small, and I’m 5’4” and weigh 113 lbs

Stylish pants…the other submitted reviews were accurate: the pants length is quite long, and I don’t wear heels, so I plan to hem up (about 3”—even though I’m 5’5”). Otherwise, nice fit.
