I love the bars, but I didn’t realize collagen is the protein source. If you’re just eating them for a chocolate bar alternative or using it for collagen purposes…sure. But if this is going towards your protein intake for building muscle, best to find a different bar. The combo of low leucine and zero tryptophan is not ideal.

The protein bar that is more like a chocolate covered marshmallow with no trace of that protein powder taste I try my hardest to avoid. And omg put them in the fridge for a chewy sweet treat. I’ve tried so many flavours and haven’t found one I don’t like.
