Beautiful fat Pompona

These beans were very plump, oily, and just chock full of caviar. The aroma was slightly fruity and quite pleasant. I combined them with Colorado Ecuadorian beans in vodka for a lovely double fold vanilla.

WOW! These are the largest beans I have ever seen! Very oily, smell wonderful. Sent them swimming in Bumbu Rum this morning and also put som in sugar. This is the best group on Facebook.

This is my second time ordering the Oaxaca. I loved the flavor and aroma so much I had to make more. I used Reigncane vodka. I need to branch out and make some extract with tequila and spiced rum next as I've only used rum and vodka. The last time I used the sous vide method and this time I'm just going to let it sit for a few years.
