Loved the akupanel wood slats. They completely elevated the accent wall in my basement. It went above and beyond what I expected. The installation was super straightforward. It only needed a couple of hand tools to get them trimmed and installed. I would highly recommend them.

Slat panels are very nice. Makes the TV sound a lot better.

I hired a handyman to install the panels. At my request, they were installed on 1" x 2" furring strips and a slight gap was left at the top and bottom to accommodate LED light strips. The panels are high quality and they look absolutely great and are just what my room needed. Also, I noticed a sound difference right away. The TV will eventually be mounted to the wall and a new console table has been ordered as well.
