End Piece - Slat Wall Panel | Black Oak

This product smells. I have had it in my office for 2 months and the smell has not dissipated. I keep my windows open regardless of the temperature out because it can be overwhelming. I have tried with various success in getting ahold of someone but they have ignored my concerns about the smell. The last woman I have talked to (the 302 number they list as customer service) no one picked up the last time I called. What is the problem?

We bought the wood panels for our bedroom wall. We have very high ceilings. We bought floor to ceiling panels. We aren’t finished yet with the decor around the project, but it definitely makes a statement. I want some lights that fit inside the panels. I don’t see any on your website. I was wondering if I buy from a different website, if they are all universal? The delivery was on time and they all showed up in good shape.
