Such a cute doll! Customer service is excellent. I needed the doll by a certain date, which was quicker than their shipping timeline. I contacted them and asked if I could get it expedited. They said they didn't offer that at checkout. I still ordered the doll thinking it would be late. However, it was here in plenty of time. I appreciate that they rushed the order to get it to me on time.
