Customer service needs an upgrade

I received the wrong shirt. Sent message to customer service. They stated it had been printed incorrectly. Not so much as an “our bad”, “we apologize for the inconvenience”, just “it appears our tee shirts got decorated with our sweatshirt design. Unfortunately we do not have any of the graphic you originally ordered. Would you like to just keep the shirt or return it”. “Just keep” meant I was left paying for a design I didn’t order. I wanted to return, the process then took 3 more business days to resolve. This was an easy one. Well, it should have been an easy one. Customer service should have been: 1. Quick to accept responsibility. 2. Quick to offer a prepaid return solution. None of that was the case.
