Part looked great ... Billet Alum, but it did not fit as it was an INLINE and more springer bearing nut was OFFSET. Lowbrow is happy to make the return as long as you keep the packaging (Who does that!). So on to plan B but they have many awesome parts for my project!

I wanted to use some bars I had laying around, so I thought I would try this adapter for my 49 Flathead build. The piece is really well made and fits perfect/tight onto the springer. It is very well thought out and even has a hole for a lock pin for top nut. I used Lowbrow's 1"risers and still had clearance for a OEM style steering damper. I had to turn the steering damper handle forward to get enough clearance but with taller risers you may be able to put the handle however you like. This top clamp setup looks good and I didn't have to buy a set of bars.
