Works well. Although it is too small for me. Im 6’7” and it tends to ride too far down my back putting extra pressure on my shoulders. Probably works fine for a normal sized person.

Great pack, but would br better if shoulder straps and belt could be removed and reinstalled easily. It is great when I need both hands free but, when I go into a grocery store, I usually just carry it in by the hand strap, and put it in the grocery cart. The straps and the belt are a nuisance then. I wonder if they could be attached to a pad that could be easily removed from the pack when not needed.

I didn't like the bottom storage made it unstable when I sat it down. But alot easier to carry
