Good cheese

This cheese tastes good as a hard cheese although it"s not really hard.I prefer creamy soft cheese with a stink!!

Absolutely delicious!

The French Emmental is superb! It has a perfectly balanced flavor of being nutty and creamy. It is fantastic slightly warmed with lovely squeaky curd like texture. One of my absolute favorites.
